Our Return Promise

We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted furniture. You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that custom-made sofas and ready-made sofas marked as “final sale” cannot be returned due to their bespoke nature.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact and used for return shipping
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Important Note on Large Items

Due to the size and weight of our premium furniture pieces, we recommend using our arranged return service for items like armchairs and benches to ensure proper handling and avoid damage during transit.

Return & Exchange Process

  2. Wait for Approval: Our Wells workshop team will respond within one business day with return instructions.
  3. Package Carefully: Repackage the item in its original packaging with all protective materials.
  4. Ship Back: For your convenience, we can arrange return shipping (costs deducted from your refund) or you may use your preferred carrier.
  5. Receive Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our workshop), we will process your refund:

Exchange Policy
